Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

We currently ship within the UK. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.

Packaging

All Balanced Day Planners are packaged carefully using recyclable and eco-friendly materials.
We aim to ensure your planner and included accessories (pen and bookmark) arrive safely and beautifully presented, ready to use or gift.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new Balanced Day Planner, but if you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@balanceddayplanners.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your planner arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
